Which areas do you service?
4070 only. Onsite support includes Moggill and Bellbowrie within the 4070 area. Remote support is also offered to 4070 locals.
When are you available?
I work full-time in IT on a fly-in fly-out roster. Support is arranged in my spare time around that roster. Call, message or email me to check the next available time.
Can every issue be fixed remotely?
Some jobs suit remote help, while others need a visit—for example, checking physical connections or working on hardware. Tell me about the issue and we can work out the best approach.
What devices do you help with?
My focus is Windows PCs and Android phones and tablets, alongside printers, email, home internet, Wi-Fi and everyday tech. If you’re unsure, get in touch and describe what you need.
